The delivery is carried out throughout Greece and in countries of the European Union.

You can place your orders as follows:

1. Through our online store www.littlesecrets.gr. Browse and select the products you are interested in. Place them in your shopping cart, confirm their total and click checkout.
2. By phone order call us at 0030 210 2610325, this service is available from 10:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
3. Via email to [email protected] where you will receive a confirmation email. You must provide us with all your details and your contact phone number which is mandatory.

Ways of Shipping

Courier

Deliveries are made with the courier company EASY MAIL for Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion & Chania Crete, Rhodes and Chios and SPEEDEX throughout the rest of Greece. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail or sms via viber to the address and phone number you have provided.

Delivery times (calculating the start date as the date of dispatch and not the date of order and taking into account only working days).

Pickup from Showroom - Physical Headquarters Offices
The customer can visit the Showroom - Offices of the physical headquarters, at 10 Ethnikis Antistaseos Street, Lykovrisi, 14123 and avoid any transportation costs that are charged on the order.

The delivery deadlines mentioned on the Site are indicative and may be subject to change. LITTLE SECRETS NATURAL COSMETICS cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to delayed delivery or loss of your package by the carrier.

In case of non-receipt of the parcel within the mentioned deadlines, an inquiry is made to the carrier and lasts up to 15 days. During this period, no compensation or reshipment can take place.
Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and, if this is not the case, you must indicate these remarks by telephone 00302102610325 or by e-mail [email protected] on the same day or at the latest one working day after receipt of your order. Any request made outside this period cannot be accepted and releases LITTLE SECRETS NATURAL COSMETICS from any liability to the Customer.

* ORDER CANCELLATION
The cancellation of an order can be accepted if the order has not left our warehouse and not the courier company, which is done the same day at noon for orders placed before 14:00 and the next day for orders placed after 14.00 of the same day. Otherwise, if it has started and you still do not want to receive the order, you will be charged the shipping costs. If you have paid for the order by bank account or card, you must contact us and we will refund the amount to your own account after deducting bank charges and any transport costs (the amount will be refunded within 20 days).

Returns
Given the nature of our products, returns are only possible for defective items. The buyer has a period of 10 working days from the date of delivery to return the products for a refund, free of charge. Returns must be made by registered mail from your place to Little Secrets, Address: 10, Ethnikis Antistaseos, Lykovrisi, 14123, Greece at the recipient's expense. All items must be returned intact, in their original condition and from the area where the order was delivered. The refund will be made within a maximum of 1 week from the receipt of the refund. After the refund is submitted, your credit card issuer will process the refund in your account. Processing time can vary significantly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to change this. Exchanges
It is not possible to process any order once it has been confirmed. Any additional items you may wish to add should be given as a new order. We may be able to cancel an order or give you the option to replace it as you wish provided that it has not already been dispatched.
